Hi friends! I’m Chloe. 🙂 You might have found me through my Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. I currently work as a remote software engineer in Orange County, California but my true passions will always lie in doing my own thing ✨ I started this website as a creative outlet to talk about various personal finance topics and I now sprinkle in bits of my personal life and journeys.

I was born into a Korean-American immigrant family who didn’t start from much, which inspired me to figure out ways to earn and save. I received my first EE bond from a math competition in 4th grade and tutored since I was in 7th grade. I loved applying to scholarships in high school and college which resulted in $70,000 in third party merit based scholarships for my college education. I also worked a variety of side hustles such as hair modeling, representing brands such as Amazon, XBOX, and Coca-Cola, and building a resin art shop with my fiancé in WooCommerce.

I now work a full time job while creating content and working on my side hustles. I’m also a Realtor in Orange County, CA and hope to become a real estate investor soon.
